I Certify that the information given by me to The Table is true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that if I am employed and it is discovered that I gave false information it may result in immediate dismissal. I authorize The Table to solicit information regarding my character, general reputation, credit, conviction record, previous employment and similar background information, and to contact any and all references I have given in my application. I hereby release all parties and persons connected with and such request for information from all claims, liabilities and damages for any reason arising out of the furnishing of such information. In consideration of my employment, I agree that my employment with The Table is voluntarily entered into, and I am free to resign at will at any time, with or without cause. Similar, The Table may terminate the employment relationship at will at any time, with or without notice or cause. I understand that no supervisor or representative of The Table has authority to enter into agreement for employment for any specified period of time or to make any agreement contrary to foregoing.
